Any marina with at least ten reviews in 2019 and an average rating of at least 4.8-stars received Elite Fleet status. This year, 54 businesses received the Elite Fleet status, up 157% from 2018.
The growth of marinas qualifying for Elite Fleet status represents a positive trend in the marina industry, as more marinas recognize the power of customer reviews to attract new boaters and to motivate staff to provide the best possible customer service.
