NEWPORT, RI – September 8, 2016 – Dockwa, Inc., the industry-leading marina reservation platform headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island, will exhibit at the 2016 Newport International Boat Show next week,Thursday, September 15th through Sunday, September 18th, 2016 on the Newport waterfront along America’s Cup Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island.
The Dockwa exhibit will be located at Gate 2, across from the Dockwa office at 1 Commercial Wharf. Boat show attendees who visit the booth will receive Dockwa giveaways, and will be able to purchase Dockwa belts, t-shirts, and tank tops to benefit the children's cancer research charity Vs. Cancer. Attendees will also be able to discuss upcoming features and learn about the company from Dockwa's CEO and Engineering team.
In addition, Dockwa is proud to have been asked to speak at the U.S. Super Yacht Association's Industry Roundtable, the topic of which is "Cuba, Comanche, and Dockwa," to take place Thursday, September 17 at 8:30am. CEO Mike Melillo will join industry leaders, who will discuss the world-renowned racing yacht Comanche's epic record-setting tour, as well as the changing cruising landscape of Cuba. Melillo will discuss Dockwa's impact on the marine industry, its history and current initiatives, as well as industry trends noted since the company's launch.

The 2016 Newport International Boat Show has secured a record number of exhibitors, and organized more educational activities and attractions for showgoers than ever before, according to the show's owners and producers Newport Exhibition Group.
