Marketing and accounting now have access to reports and data that we didn't before - I can be more selective in where we spend ad dollars and really track effectiveness. I can track customer trends and individual activity over multiple sites too now. 3. Any additional work created entering this data is offset by the automated processes we gain. 4. "24 Hour" reservations - looking through the online reservations we've gotten so far, more than half are outside our normal office hours.
