the basics:

ADD BookING to your WEBSITE

Capture dockage requests 24 hours a day

35% of marina dockage requests are made after business hours. To capture after-hours dockage requests, add the online booking tool to your marina’s website. It’s the only way to make sure no dockage requests fall through the cracks.

You have two options for adding online booking to your marina’s website:

1) A “Book Now” button

2) A reservation form

The Book Now button drive boaters to your marina’s Dockwa profile to request dockage; the reservation form lets boaters request dockage directly from your website.

Add the "Book Now" button to your website

1. Log in to your Dockwa account.

2. Navigate to your Account Settings page.

3. Click "Resources."

4. Under the header "Web Badge, copy the Book Now button HTML code and paste it into your website homepage code. For any help with this, please send us an email and we'll assist you directly.

Add the Booking Form to your website

Shoot us an email, connecting us with your webmaster. We’ll walk him or her through the steps needs to turn your website into a 24-hour, reservation machine. If you don’t have a webmaster, we can add the Web Form to your website for you, at no cost. Just reach out to your Marina Success Manager to start the conversation, and we’ll have the Web Form on your site by the next business day.
